ENTRE RIOS

Casa d'Entre Ríos, located in Buenos Aires, is a government office that houses the Archivo General de la Provincia d'Entre Ríos. Founded in 1860 by Governor Justo José d'Urquiza, the archive's mission is to preserve and organize the historical documents of the province of Entre Ríos. Since its creation, the archive has undergone several reorganizations and improvements, notably under the direction of the poet Guillermo Saraví in the 1930s. Today, the archive respects the principle of provenance and is nationally recognized.
