The "House of Ceylon Sapphire" offers handmade jewelry: bracelets, necklaces, rings, pendants and much more. Very professional reception and without pressure to buy, with excellent explanations by a French speaking guide. After the projection of a 5-minute film in French, your guide will take you to visit the entrance of a reconstituted mine (access shaft), before presenting you different precious stones under a glass case. The visit continues with the workshop, then ends with the store.

Beware of scam: I was made have while buying is saying sapphire of Ceylon there! The stone leaves to the joailler: the verdict is without call, it is certainly a real stone and an iolite. This is a stone more common, with little value and with a colour close to sapphire.
I will take a unpretentious near the shops (you can always hope...) as in all honesty, the shop inspires confidence, everything is spotless, very professional, there is even framed national leisure and a magnificent certificate provided deposit.
