A popular address among travellers. This boarding house is very pleasant both in terms of hospitality and the comfort of its rooms. Each of them overlooks the garden and has a bathroom (except the single room), hot water, a fan and a mosquito net. Delicious meals prepared on site. It is better to book in advance to be sure to enjoy this excellent address.

Attractive room in an attractive house near the temple of the dent, in a calm, with a beautiful view over the hills. The staff is helpful (tuk-tuk, laundry), however the cleanliness of the room, and the bathroom, left something to be desired: ants, there remains cotton bud in the shower, you would say that the housekeeping was not done since the last rental.

I had a lovely time at Mrs.Dissanayake's house. She was a lovely,warm lady who was very nice. The food that she served me was amazing. Initially I planned to stay there for four nights but I extended my stay because of her heartiest hospitality. I highly recommend this place specially for couples and families that seek a peaceful stay.

Madame offers a very warm welcome and very fine dishes.
Located near the temple of the dent. Taxi drivers/tuk-tuk will tell you that it is far because drive lake should be toured but on foot, 5 minutes to get to the centre of Kandy. Good value for money.

Le petit déjeuner sri lankais est copieux de quoi attaquer une bonne journée découverte. Les curry servis au diner sont succulents !
Par ailleurs, la maison Dissanayake jouit d'un bon emplacement car tout en étant au calme (avec belle vue), elle se trouve à 10 min de marche du Temple de la Dent, et 20min de marche du centre-ville. Les chambres sont équipées de ventilo, moustiquaire et eau chaude.
J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.
