This splendid hotel opened in 2008 on the edge of Weligama Bay. The very graphic rooms are warmly decorated with exotic wood, which is found in small touches mixed with stone in the bathrooms. The 24 rooms ensure an intimate stay, far from the giant resorts that are sprouting up like mushrooms on the Sri Lankan coast. Each room has a private terrace with beautiful wood and rattan armchairs. The restaurant serves a very good cuisine based on fresh and local products. To try, if you have the means.
