Owned by the Lion Royal Incoming Agency, which also owns the Kassapa Lions Rock in Sigiriya, the Coco Royal Beach offers a good standard of service just a stone's throw from the beautiful Kalutara Beach. The rooms are equipped with thick bedding and peacock blue pillows that contrast with the black furniture. The hotel also offers many activities including a new spa, a gym, a volleyball and badminton court, two jet skis for rent, regular theme nights and musical entertainment every night.

Hotel de bord de mer. Jolie plage mais pas très propre et il vaut mieux se baigner dans la piscine. Chambres spacieuses et transats à disposition. Le restaurant est correct mais décevant au niveau des repas du midi (peu de choix et souvent de la friture), plus varié le soir. Bons cocktails au bar.
