Kevin and Janelle have opened a restaurant in their own image. The concept? Bistronomy. Almost gastronomic dishes, professional and pleasant service, a sober and warm décor. In the dining room, behind the glass roof, you can see the chef creating his dishes. He works with fresh, seasonal and local produce. Chicken supreme, mackerel fillet, roasted pineapple, salted butter caramel mousse... each recipe has its own touch of innovation, highlighting flavors and textures.
