Established in 2016 in Colombo, then opened in Galle in 2024, Baguette is the first truly artisanal French bakery in Sri Lanka. Behind this project is Nathalie, a passionate Frenchwoman who, after living in Tokyo for 20 years, chose to settle on the island. Trained at the prestigious Cordon Bleu, she opened her store in Colombo 3, with the aim of offering quality sourdough bread, crisp viennoiseries and traditional pastries. At Galle, you'll find the same spirit of sharing, authenticity and French savoir-faire.
