Passion fruit, peach, strawberry, pineapple... Joël Hoarau's cellar conceals many treasures. With a long fermentation and cooking process, he makes very fruity wines. With passion, he opened his Ti Cave l'Îlet to make people discover the wine of Cilaos and preserve the tradition which is gradually disappearing.
