The seasonal menu offers dishes made with fresh products. The desserts satisfy the gourmets and the amateurs of sweetness. In the dining room, the waiters are pleasant and give good advice. The plates are elegantly laid out. One appreciates to taste these dishes entirely made house while admiring the splendid sight on the lake Chambon and on the solid mass of Sancy which offers the site of the restaurant.
