La randonnée est agréable et facile. La fenêtre des makes offre un paysage magnifique. N'oubliez pas votre appareil photo! Ce site incontournable à faire le matin de préférence avant que les nuages recouvrent les montagnes.

A pieds, en auto ou en hélico, c'est toujours époustouflant. En auto, la route d'accès est plutôt tortueuse (pensez à faire l'essence avant de monter...) mais semée de paysages diverses et une ribambelle de zones pour piqueniquer avec même des barbecues en dur. Et bonne chance avec la météo car ça monte assez haut et donc le temps change très vite.

A breathtaking view of the Cirque de Cilaos!
You get there by car from the city of Makes, the road is quite long and winding, but pleasant, you could be in the Alps!
Upon arrival, a breathtaking view and a deafening quiet.

Only difficulty possibly skirting round depending on the season: weather! An advice, go as soon as possible, because the clouds/fog can rise quickly at this altitude and block the view, even if sea - level the weather is magnificent!

This is because the road is so long and winding that you will find this Window so impressive Makes? She this view is worth it, but it is also worth the trip. To come in Makes after visiting (even randonné) in Cilaos, allows you to recognise islets and paths. This place is true unmissable!
