Salad bar and daily takeaway on the seafront of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains.

Opened at the end of 2022, this new salad bar brings a welcome touch of green to the Roches noires area. The principle is simple, you choose your base (salad, quinoa or pasta), four ingredients among the twenty or so proposed, the topping, the seasoning and that's it! They also offer a few dishes and desserts of the day such as pasta gratins, a vegetable tian, club sandwiches, oriental tabbouleh, revisited chocolate mousses or a fruit salad. To take away only.
