Very pleasant restaurant located off the coast of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains.

Named after the Fish Concentration Devices (FCD), located offshore to attract fish and facilitate fishing, this very pleasant restaurant cooks the catches made the day before by the boats of Réunion Pêche au Gros. Marlin, yellowfin tuna or banana, sailfish, dolphin fish, etc., are accompanied by sauces, and salads or potatoes. The menu is divided between dishes based on raw fish with the possibility of tasting everything while choosing the "Panaché" plate, and dishes based on cooked fish.

Un peu déçu
Le Tartare de poissons tres pimenté ( pas de possibilité de prendre sans piment) ce qui denature le goût notament de l'espadon. En plat du jour, poisson cuit (Dorade coryphene) bonne cuisse (4/5), le service est légèrement désorganisé ce qui produit de l'attente mais agréable. L'environnement est charmant et calme. Rapport qualité prix 3,4/5.

Un restaurant au top !
De l’excellent poisson cru ou cuit, ainsi que les desserts. Très bon accueil.
Pour avoir testé les deux restaurants ( Saint Gilles et Saint Pierre) nous avons une préférence pour Saint Gilles.

Je recommande ce bon restaurant de poissons fris. Nous avons dégusté de l'espadon grillé avec une purée maison pomme de terre/carotte.
Le poisson : Un délice, et une grande part dans l'assiette!
Petit vin blanc d'Afrique du Sud (un pinotage), servi bien frais pour l'accompagnement.
