Restaurant offering a successful recipe of quality and authentic taste in La Saline-les-Bains.
Situated right next to the beach of Trou d'Eau, at the southern exit of La Saline, this restaurant has as its main formula a successful recipe: everything at will. A good start to discover the local cuisine. As far as Creole cuisine is concerned, the great classics have the upper hand (chicken curry, sausage rougail, Cantonese rice, etc.) but with a bit of luck, you may come across a Bichique curry. The quality is there and the taste is authentic. La Bonne Marmite also serves gratins and Creole plates as an aperitif.

Une bonne manière de découvrir plusieurs plats typiques, lieu peu convivial (en semaine au moins). A conseiller aux gros appétits !

I did not sure but I read the comments in a critical blog of Reunion having been unfortunately for me!!!!! The restaurant with copied the Pot which is not far which dates from the thunder from the cracker daily. Copy- to stick do not necessarily not. The curries that hot hours during leave a bitter on our gastronomic heritage and are good only for tourists who arrive and are not sure TRUTH carri yet, make a detour.
