In Chamalières, on the outskirts of Clermont-Ferrand, enjoy the creative cuisine of Michelin-starred chef Wilfrid Chaplain.

A few years ago, Michelin-starred chef Wilfrid Chaplain breathed new life into this fine establishment, gently run by the Mioche family. His uncluttered, inspired cuisine draws on the different terroirs of France. Each season, he highlights authentic products from Breton fishmongers, Burgundy winegrowers, Norman cider makers and local breeders, market gardeners and beekeepers. Add a cheese platter, fruit-based desserts, organic Grand Cru chocolate, hazelnuts and a sommelier with excellent advice: the alchemy is perfect!

Le menu janvier à 89€ fut une découverte agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la betterave revisitée! Le dessert riz au lait fut une surprise qui nous a beaucoup plu.
Le service en salle était de qualité et le personnel très sympathique, mention spéciale pour le sommelier et la personne au service du fromage.
