The result is a fine dough that has taken its time to rise. What's more, their recipes are original. Our favorites are the Gone, with its tomato base, mozzarella fior di latte, cooked sausage, saint-marcellin and candied onions; and the Raviole, with its cream base, mozzarella fior di latte, saint-marcellin and ravioles du Dauphiné. It's so good, we want to try every recipe!
