Ronald Feydel's culinary talents are inherited from his parents, who ran the Palais Impérial for almost 30 years. Dishes are prepared with fresh produce, especially from neighboring producers. The menu features classics such as egg rolls, steamed ravioli, pork caramel, beef Bo Bun and Pho Bo soup. Among their specialties, we recommend the Phoenix Nest, a crispy yellow rice noodle with vegetables, shrimp and sweet-and-sour chicken. Order 24 hours in advance or choose from the daily selection in store.
