Brasserie offering good comfort food.
Olivier Masse's brasserie is located near the spa, just a stone's throw from Royat. It's the place to come when you're in the mood for good, home-style comfort food. For starters, the chef offers herring with apples in oil, hard-boiled eggs with homemade mayonnaise or warm leeks with vinaigrette. Great classics! We continue with a fine piece of beef from Ferme Auvergnate or a pig-based variation from Maison Pallut in Cantal, just like the cheeses that can be enjoyed before dessert.

Repas un samedi midi. Bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel accueillant. Carte avec peu de choix mais c’est rassurant cela prouve que ce sont des bons produits.

Un joli bistrot où l’accueil est chaleureux. On sent la fraîcheur des aliments, une truffade et une pièce de bœuf délicieuses. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment très bon !
