Nous avons passé 2 nuits en chambre deluxe vue océan (No 118) et avons été comblés. La chambre est confortable et très bien équipée. Tout le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. L'espace extérieur (terrasse, piscine, jardin) est magnifique et donne accès directement à la plage. Enfin le restaurant propose une belle carte et le petit déjeuner satisfait tous les appétits et toutes les envies.

La mer vous regarde là de très près, vous l’entendez et l’écume de ses vagues hypnotise de façon continue vos yeux qui se laissent faire. Le personnel est aimable, courtois, agréable, souriant. On se sent bien. Du petit déjeuner au dîner, vous n’êtes jamais déçu. Le client est roi selon une formule bien connue et tout est toujours fait pour vous satisfaire. Quand le cyclone arrive, BELAL s’était effectivement invité alors que nous ne l’avions pas réservé, c’est encore plus de professionnalisme que vous découvrez : on vous change tout d’abord de chambre par prudence, on vous fournit l’eau nécessaire, on organise des réunions d’information, on rend votre confinement presque « confortable » en quelque sorte. Bravo. Et si nous revenons un jour, nous viendrons évidemment à l’hôtel Boucan Canot.

Das Personal ist mega freundlich, spricht auch gut Englisch und hat sehr viel Geduld mit Menschen, die sich an Französisch probieren wollen. Ansonsten wird versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, auch wenn man noch nicht wusste, dass man diesen Wunsch hat. Dorthin würde ich jederzeit wieder fahren. Absolute Empfehlung.
