Nous arrivons à 17h30. Impossible d'accéder à la réception, nous sonnons et appelons les numéros indiqués pendant une demie heure. Finalement, une résidente passe et nous permet d'entrer. La réception est vide ; pourtant, sur le site il est indiqué qu'elle ferme à 18h, et sur place jusqu'à 21h. Plus d'une demie heure sont encore nécessaires avant que nous trouvions nos clés... Quel accueil ! Nous étions à deux doigts de partir, inquiets d'avoir une solution pour passer la nuit ! Finalement L'Hôte m'appelle 2h plus tard, me disant que, ne sachant pas quand et si nous arrivions, elle a préféré partir... Comme je lui retorque qu'elle aurait pu se mettre en lien avec moi, ou répondre à mes appels, elle me dit qu'avec des si on peut refaire le monde...
La chambre reste propre, mais forte odeur de cigarette. Assez bruyant par les résidents jusqu'à 22h.
Bref, beaucoup de choses à revoir, ce n'est pas parce qu'on paye peu que le minimum ne doit pas être assuré.

Personnellement un hôtel que j'ai vraiment pas aimé. Le parking ce situe à l'avant qui fait un avantage. Mais c'est le seul point positif. Le personnel peut être agréable selon la personne. Les douche peuvent se trouver sur le palier, au lieu d'être dans la chambre...

I took my hotel hands on October 1st, 2011 so that its becomes again as before with impeccable hygiene, and a warm welcome.

then I already séhournée in this hotel, unfortunately I left disappointed.
Indeed the entrance doors already gives the impression of an outdated as soon as you enter the rooms, it is the smell of cockroaches which bond the nose.
I stayed because I did not have the choice too, but really the owners will have thought of rejuvenating their hotel. to have a expensive hotel, and at ease.
J advises to young people stayed here, it is hotel I think of even.
For a good comfort, I advice highly Central Hotel, perfect welcome, with rooms in standards and clean.

guests in 2004 already, we are turned to this hotel which was friendly, a warm welcome, a good price and near ST DENIS and in front of the bus stop, but changed directions, what a change!! :
welcome limit, breakfast at the hotel obliged to go to lunch elsewhere, payable suite, upon arrival, including the night we were freshen up with this hotel, 11 days later.
group of 5 hikers, we asked to leave our bags travel (city business) in a little place, during our GR 2 (11 days) where we were going to return to sleep in this hotel.
Pas de place to keep them (4 bags) depending on management (however possible in 2004) does not take responsible for it .....

Finalement échange de SMS puis une personne nous rappelle :la chambre a un ennui technique !
Nous sommes finalement relogés dans un studio à quelques rues de l' hôtel.
Epique sous une pluie battante ....
