In the main square, in one of the oldest buildings in the city, you will see the House of Gastronomy and Tourism. This is a training center for students in catering and tourism, consisting of a pastry shop, a restaurant, a store as well as an atrium and a conference room. In the restaurant, you can choose from three daily menus. The pastry shop offers all kinds of cakes, including black forest. The store has authentic products from the neighboring farms.

Ce restaurant, plutôt self service, est un des rares du centre ville historique, avec le restaurant d'en face, SITULA. Il propose des déjeuners rapides et bon marché, et est une bonne solution pour se restaurer rapidement lors de la visite de la ville, et si on ne veut pas une pizza, avec des plats qui correspondent bien aux goûts et standards locaux. Ca reste cependant très classique et basique. Le cadre est sympathique dans une belle bâtisse ancienne.
