Since the 17th century, it has been the cradle of biospeleology, the science of underground life. When you arrive at the time of your reservation, you'll be given an audio guide in your own language, before boarding a small train that takes you deep into the cave. On a 2 km guided walk, you can admire the splendid galleries in a golden silence, with the lights dimmed to preserve this unique heritage. The return journey is again by small train, the first in the world to operate in an underground gallery.

Très belles grottes. Super touristiques mais vaut le détour quand même. Bien éclairées. Et on peut faire des photos contrairement aux grottes de Skocjan. Un petit train nous emmène au début des grottes puis chemin à pied pendant une grosse demi-heure. Assez cher je trouve.

Grottes magnifiques qui valent le détour malgré un prix un peu élevé, d'abord on prend un petit train qui permet de parcourir un bon km puis on continue à pied accompagné d'un audioguide, et on rentre en train. La température est fraiche, penser à des vêtements chauds !

A tourist factory, a little expensive however, but the cave is worth it.
2 km from gallery in the small train and 2 km on foot, you have time to see the different structures!!!
The guided tour in English is accessible! The guides have a good accent and are understandable!
