MONASTERY OF SAINT FRANCIS

This magnificently preserved cloister was founded in 1301. The church is old because if we observe it well, it preserves some characteristic features of the Gothic period. However, it was converted to Baroque in the 19th century. It houses the remains of several members of the Tartini family. The monastery still operates today and it is not uncommon to meet some Franciscan monks during the day. Exceptional acoustics.
