CERKNO MUSEUM (CERKLJANSKI MUZEJ)

The small museum presents the history of the locality and its region. At the beginning of the visit you will see an original doorway to the former Cerkno prison that was in use between the two World Wars. The exhibition also highlights some of the products manufactured by ETA, the local industry specializing in the manufacture of electronic equipment. The famous Laufarji masks and the history of Franja Hospital are also in the spotlight. Interesting, but not necessarily unavoidable.
