A little out of the city centre, along the Soča (or the Isonzo in Italian, as the border is very close), stands this friendly chalet with its beautiful sunny terrace. Many locals and tourists stop here at noon, including motorcyclists recognizable by their leather jackets. Atmosphere of terroir guaranteed with whole pigs and other pieces of meat cooked on the spit under the astonished eyes of some visitors. Starters, side dishes and desserts are self-service in the form of a buffet. Vegetarians, run!
