JAZ doesn't follow the rules of gastronomy; on the contrary, you're encouraged to share food and plates with each other at the table. The culinary creativity of talented chef Ana Roš can be found here, just as at Hiša Franko, a 3-Michelin-starred restaurant located in the beautiful Soča Valley. JAZ's cuisine is based on local produce and light flavors. Dishes are simpler and follow the seasons. The elegance and seriousness of gastronomy are maintained, but with a more relaxed touch.
