Both a non-profit association and a restaurant, Skuhna aims to facilitate the integration of the various foreign communities in Slovenia by introducing local people to culinary specialities from Algeria, Zimbabwe or Iran, but also by training future chefs. The result is amazing: Skuhna is a little like a beehive where all the culinary knowledge of the world crosses paths and feeds each other. Many culinary workshops and evenings of discussion are organized there. A mise en abyme of the journey!
