In the same spirit as Vodniko Hram, the Sokol Hostel offers typical Slovenian dishes from all regions. The Truite trout, ham and olives of the Karst or the Gibanica de are found. Soups are often served in bread bowls, game plates are large (deer, deer, boar, polenta, bread boulettes…) and "régales" are truly atypical. Everything is served in a wooden frame where traditional music sounds. A good address for who wants to know the Slovenian gastronomy. However, the facility is very busy and prices are not always cheap.

Une bonne adresse, proche du centre et de la Cathédrale, les serveurs sont en "tenue traditionnelle Slovène" : un avantage, pour nous Français c'est que les plats sont présentés avec une photo qui vous donne vraiment une idée de l'assiette qui va vous être servie
