This historic building was built in 1840. It's Typique with its coral stone foundations, its walls and wooden floors, its high ceilings, its fenêtres windows and its large oblique roofs covered with leaves of nipa. The whole is rather well preserved and is a unique testimony to past life on this island. Maison-Museum, you will see objects, books and antique furniture. Take the time to stop at Café Oligario, at the bottom. There are specialities from the cru in an old-fashioned setting.
