Would you like to sample some of the great classics of Philippine gastronomy? Then this is the place to come, with your eyes closed! Dishes are served in the traditional way, on banana leaves or in still-boiling terracotta pots. And what dishes they are! Pochero, the famous lechon de leche (grilled pig), coconut crab and crispy pig's head (!), beautifully presented in a relaxed atmosphere...
