Es completamente vergonzoso, avisamos con prácticamente un mes de antelación y el motivo de la cancelación obviamente es por causa mayor, hasta las compañías aéreas nos han dado una solución, este ha sido el único hotel de todos los que teníamos contratados en los 30 días que nos faltaban de nuestras vacaciones, buscaros otro hotel con gente con estos valores es mejor no darles el dinero
