Bulalacao is one of the oldest villages in Mindoro, located at the southern tip between San Jose and Mansalay. It has a population of 45,000. It is difficult to access from the province of Western Mindoro. From San Jose, the road that crosses the mountain is picturesque by Jeepney, but almost impassable during the rainy season (June to November).
