AIMAG MUSEUM

We lack a little of explanations, but we discover there a collection of shells and fossils rather astonishing and, especially, of beautiful jewels of the xiongnu time. You will see photos of Mongolian personalities originating from this aimag and objects having belonged to them. You will discover especially the face of famous singers because most of the most famous voices of Mongolia come from this region.

In front of the museum, a small square hosts a statue representing a local scholar, Buyan Nemekh. Further on the same avenue, you will find the statue of Lenin.
