MINE MUSEUM

Owned by the city's mining company, the museum, located on the second floor of the Palace of Culture, houses both Mongolian and international works of art. As the name suggests, it is dedicated to Erdenet's most important industry, copper mining. The exhibits focus on the Erdenet Mining Company and document the history of this company, which is closely linked to the foundation and development of the town of Erdenet. An interesting stop to better understand the Mongolian economy.
