KHAGIIN KHAR NUUR

At the foot of the Khiidiin Saridag mountain, the glacial lake of Khagiin Khar Nuur is located at an altitude of 1 800 meters. With a depth of 25 to 30 meters, it was formed during the quaternary era. You will need at least one day of hiking (on horseback) to reach its beautiful banks, or two if you prefer to take your time. For hikers, the 50 km are not the easiest in the park, but they are well worth the effort: the forests and valleys you have to cross are wild and enchanting.
