R.O.C CAFFEINE BAR

The R.O.C., or Root of Coffee, lives up to its name by offering some of the best coffee in the capital. The brand has opened several locations throughout the city and takes great care in selecting its coffee beans, which come from Africa, South America and Asia, and in roasting them on site. It is in a pure decoration that we are welcomed: white walls, wooden benches and Marvel movie posters. The coffee shop, located inside Baga Toiruu, is very small but has very pleasant outdoor tables.
