Founded in 1892 (under the name of Puerto Palmira), Guayaramerín is a small border town: a river of a hundred meters wide separates it from Gujara-Mirim, the twin town on the Brazilian side. 5 minutes by boat to find yourself in another world, the vast Brazil.
