Old industrial wastelands have been transformed into an activity with high tourist potential. This former ^19th-century textile factory has been transformed into a charming little covered market, offering hammocks, home decorations and colorful cotton and papier-mâché dolls for a few reais. You'll also find inexpensive lace, ceramics and pottery.
