CARNATAL

If Natal is not a city where one goes to attend a traditional carnival, it proposes, like Fortaleza, a "shifted" carnival: the Carnatal. This carnival out of season of Natal takes place since more than 20 years. It is a big party with several trios elétricos. The municipality of the city brings in more and more Bahian groups and local forro groups. The alchemy takes and the tourists transform this festival into a national event and not only local. To participate, you have to buy in advance the t-shirt which is the sesame.
