Close to the "Quatro Cantos", where all the Olinda carnival lines gather, don Francesco is undoubtedly one of the best Italian restaurants in the region. Spaghetti carbonara, ricotta ravioli, risotto, gnocchi... the classic and the not-so-classic are all on the menu, to the delight of gourmets. Quite good value for money.
