QUILOMBOLA - CULINÁRIA REGIONAL

In one of Lençois' liveliest streets, the Quilombola restaurant is a fitting tribute to regional cuisine. In reference to the origins of many of the Chapadas' inhabitants (quilombolas are communities of former maroon slaves), all Bahian and regional cuisine is offered in quality in a simple, welcoming setting.
