Maritaca is one of the best restaurants in the small village of Trancoso. This rustic restaurant, with its white adobe walls and "straw hut" style, has become a classic for its varied, tasty dishes. Fish, shrimps, meats, but also salads, risottos, pizzas and a wide variety of desserts, including the magical goiabada soufflé, the house specialty.
