MUSEU DA GASTRONOMIA BAIANA

This museum of gastronomy is entirely dedicated to the traditional cuisine of Bahia. Housed in a colonial building on the Largo do Pelourinho (temporary exhibitions, cooking classes, store, room dedicated to food art, permanent exhibition), you can discover the variety of ingredients that make up the rich culinary heritage of Bahia, characterized by the diversity of populations and communities from the Recôncavo to the Sertão.
