In the Santo Antonio Alem do Carmo district of old Salvador, seven capoeira schools are based at the Forte da Capoeira, one of the city's historic buildings. They operate independently and are all open to visitors. You are free to arrive and attend classes and rodas. It's best to go at the end of the day (from 5 p.m.) to attend classes. Other activities and meetings take place in the fort during the day.

Centre International de Capoeira angola
Dans ce quartier pittoresque de Santo Antonio les plus grands mestres de Capoeira Angola y donne leur cours. Le vendredi assister á une roda est spectaculaire , je le conseille !! le jeudi et le samedi aussi á 19h .
