This "churrascaria" offers the classic formula of restaurants of this kind: the buffet of starters (plentiful and all you can eat) is followed by a rodízio (merry-go-round) of grilled meats served on their spits by twirling waiters. All you can eat... We recommend not overdoing the starters and reserving the meats, the most noble pieces being served last... Recommended for carnivores with a big appetite. You can enjoy the breeze on the terrace to appreciate the quietness of Salvador de Bahia.

Ce restaurant se trouve en fait dans le Pelourinho donc dans le centre historique -rua Das Portas do Carmo- et non pas dans le comercio. J'ai essayé de revenir dans ce restaurant que j'avait fréquenté il y a de nombreuse années donc a une époque ou le centre historique était envahie de touristes. Tables installé jusqu'au milieux de cette rue piétonne. C'est un peu trop touristique et la rue très emprunté. Une cuisine brésilienne de bonne qualité mais sans plus. On est en fait à l'étroit et pas très bien installé sur ces pavés à part peut être si l'on mange à l'intérieur ce qui n'intéresse personne! Un peu trop chère à part si l'on veut absolument voir et être vue !
