The Pacco & Bacco restaurant is undoubtedly the best of all the Michelin-starred establishments in the small town of Tiradentes, which has long since conquered the title of culinary capital. The stone-and-wood decor perfectly matches the spirit of the place. The place is warm and welcoming. You'll enjoy innovative cuisine prepared with top-quality produce. The dishes are original and delicately presented. The cellar is worthy of the great French restaurants. Of course, you'll have to put your hand in your pocket, but quality comes at a price. Highly recommended.
