Museum on Rua Direita featuring less noble ores, a few precious stones, measuring instruments..
In spite of its name, it presents mainly less noble ores, but some precious stones, measuring instruments, furniture, oratories from the 18th and 19th centuries... This museum is located in the former residence of Father José da Silva e Oliveira Rolim, in Diamantina. It is located on Rua Direita, in the central area, and is of particular importance because the land surrounding it creates an interruption in the continuum of buildings and allows an original view of the roofs and towers of the churches in the urban landscape.

Very poorly indicated because it only has one plateau that it was the home of Padre Rollim of Inconfidentes. Guided tour, luggage having to stay in a locker, photo without flash. rare diamonds, lots of religious art. I admit my disappointment of this usurped title.
