At the taste-wine, as its name indicates it, they are hexagonal specialities which are honoured. The mineiro chef Rodrigo Fonseca proposes a very good French cuisine, recognized among the best tables of Belo Horizonte, nothing else! For example, the Gruyere soufflé with shrimps and mushrooms or the grilled shrimps on slices of pumpkin cooked in coconut milk will combine the French and Brazilian touch. It also offers one of the best wine lists in the region with over six hundred labels.
