Campsite with good facilities offering free use of surfboards, kayaks...

There are around 15 homestay campsites in Praia do Aventureiro. Be aware that you need a permit from Angra to access them. Camping do Ferreira is one of the best known, well located and with good facilities, but you'll find the full list on the Ilha Grande website. Functional, well-equipped communal kitchen, generator electricity from 6pm to 10pm, water filter and self-service barbecue. Free use of surfboards, kayaks and a football. Good spirit.
