Even though meat consumption is on the decline in Brazil, as in all northern countries, the meat diet still has a lot to offer. Churrascarias have a cultural dimension, almost as much as in neighboring Argentina. The unpretentious "rei da picanha" is a good address for small budgets. You can eat good meat, of course, but also classic Brazilian dishes and pizzas. One also comes there to drink bem geladas beers. Open continuously, it allows to recover from the trails of the island.
