ACADEMIA DE CACHAÇA

The foundation of this Academia was intended to make the diversity of cachaças known. The wager was successful since more than three hundred different cachaças are available there! A real invitation to come and discover this sugar cane brandy, an integral part of the Brazilian cultural heritage. The staff is extremely friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, almost family, one would think, it is said, in the Northeast of Brazil, with a carioca accent in addition. Here you can taste the legendary caipirinha or one of its countless variations.
